Known issues, repair or replace items (too get this boat from 90 to 100%)

Portside aft bed cushion zipper needs replacing 

Engine control cable from pedestal to engine needs replacing with stainless cable

bimini cover (when bimini closed) 1 ft tear

Bimini top 1 ft tear (needs stitching or replacement)

Bimini top with tear shown at mid rib



Galley and head hatches need replacement or retrofitting

exterior edge of vinyl galley floor needs caulking

Additionally, batteries need reconditioning or replacement
and
Brightwork (ships Exterior woodwork) needs to be tung oiled or varnished based on preference.
This includes two stern seats, sliding cabin top lip, and aftermarket cockpit folding table.

"Back of the Envelope" costs for all parts are likely $1,000-1,500 (you should verify this yourself) and 20-30 hours of work. Probably double that if you outsource it all... but if you don't do any of your own work, than what are you doing getting a sailboat ?!! Ha HA!
